Captain Tony was a dear friend from my days in Key West. I needed work and offered to play in his bar. I told him if he and his patrons liked what they heard, he could pay me, if not buy me a beer. He laughed and said," I like you, kid! Play!" I played (first of many times.) was paid, and made a friend. He is missed.
